The price depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and extras such as a glazed balcony, loft or cellar. You get a fixed price before we start, with the RUT deduction already taken off, and that price stands. Call 073-779 07 11 and you will have it within a minute.
Then we come back and put it right free of charge. For move-out cleaning, the guarantee covers both the landlord's and the buyer's inspection.
As a private individual, you pay half the labour cost. We take the RUT deduction off directly on the invoice and handle the whole application with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). You don't need to do anything yourself.
